Agua de Melon (Cantaloupe)
YIELD: Makes 2 quarts
INGREDIENTS
1 medium - cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 cup - honey
2 quarts - water
DIRECTIONS
Place chopped cantaloupe in blender. Add 1 cup of water and 100% pure honey. Puree fruit until smooth (this may be done in two batches).
Pour puree into pitcher and add remaining water. Stir until combined. Taste for sweetness and adjust accordingly.
