White Chocolate Honey Ganache
YIELD: Makes about 1/2 cup
INGREDIENTS
4 oz. - white chocolate, finely chopped
1 T - honey
1/4 cup - heavy cream
DIRECTIONS
Place the white chocolate pieces in a medium sized heatproof bowl. Add honey to the bowl.
In a small saucepan, bring the heavy cream just to a boil.
Pour cream over white chocolate and allow to sit for a minute; then stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth.
